These terms govern your use of aiforauthorscircle.com and all services provided through it. By accessing the site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
AI for Authors Circle is a trading name of Draft2Book LLP, registered in England and Wales (number OC455633). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Draft2Book LLP.
We offer paid membership plans that provide access to community spaces, courses, resources, and other services as described on our pricing and membership pages at the time of purchase.
Access to membership content requires an active, paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify what is included in each membership tier, though we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others. One membership covers one individual.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).
All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Any price change will apply from your next billing cycle, not mid-cycle.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@aiforauthorscircle.com within 14 days and we will review your case.
For Course Only members, courses you have fully completed during your membership remain accessible after cancellation. Incomplete courses will no longer be accessible once your subscription ends.
When using our community spaces, courses, and resources, you agree to:
• Treat other members with respect. No harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
• Not share, redistribute, or resell any membership content, course materials, prompts, or resources.
• Not use AI tools taught in our courses to produce content that misleads readers about its authorship, in line with our Ethical AI Policy.
• Not post spam, promotional material, or affiliate links in community spaces without prior approval.
• Not attempt to access areas of the site or community that your membership tier does not include.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you breach these terms. We will notify you and explain the reason before taking action, except in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.
All content on this site, including course materials, written content, images, prompts, worksheets, and resources, is owned by Draft2Book LLP unless otherwise stated. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own learning and writing projects.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Content you create and post in community spaces remains yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the community. You can delete your posts at any time.
VIP members are entitled to one manuscript critique per year (up to 50,000 words) while their membership remains active. This service is provided on a reasonable turnaround basis and is subject to availability. The critique is a professional opinion intended to help you improve your work. It does not constitute a guarantee of publication or commercial success.
Our courses, community discussions, and resources are for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific results from using AI tools or following our curriculum. Writing and publishing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or pricing changes of third-party AI tools, platforms, or services mentioned in our content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draft2Book LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or membership services. Our total liability in connection with your membership shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify members by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
